A few simple steps are all it takes to prolong the life of your products and preserve their quality. Small but essential, they maintain the product's effectiveness, texture, color, and fragrance over time:

- Wash your hands before dispensing and applying the product
- Carefully close bottles and jars after each use
- Store products away from direct sunlight and temperature fluctuations, in a cool, dry place

The shelf life varies depending on the product and its composition. We invite you to refer to the PAO (Period After Opening), indicated on each container by an open jar symbol followed by a number of months (e.g., 12M). This specifies how long the product can be kept after opening.

As a precaution, it is best not to use your skincare product if you notice an unusual change, such as in its texture, scent, or color.

Then check:

Whether the storage conditions have been met: kept away from heat, humidity, and light, with the product tightly closed

Please note regarding the Softening and comforting wash for the hands and the Nurturing cleansing gel: the color of the soap may change due to the natural nature of its ingredients. This affects neither its quality nor its use, only its appearance.
